Description:

Some grants awarded under this announcement may involve geospatial information. The Environmental Protection Agency, Pollution Prevention, Pesticides and Toxics Program, Pesticides Team, Region 8, is requesting proposals which will help implement the requirements of the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) and support efforts by the agricultural community to ?transition? to using less pesticides and lower risk pesticides in food production. The program supports grants for education, extension, demonstration, and implementation projects for FQPA transition and reduced-risk practices for pest management in agriculture.
